caprese salad


8oz mozzarella cheese, cubed

15 red cherry tomatoes, halved

15 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

20 to 30 leaves (about 1 bunch) fresh basil, finely chopped

3 tblsps Extra-virgin olive oil

Coarse salt and pepper


  1. Mix tomatoes and mozzarella together in a bowl.
  2. Mix chopped basil, olive oil, salt and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and mix to taste.

Serve chilled.
